It Is Not Your Schooling That Determines Who You Are. It Is Your Desire For Life.

I recently had the pleasure of learning from Ruben Ledesma Jr., a successful business man from Texas. His dad was of Spanish decent and his mom was of Mexican decent.
He proves that you do not have to finish college to be successful! As the oldest of five children he always was supposed to be a role model.
When talking to Ruben, you understand why he is successful. You cannot help but be impressed by his charisma and his determination to never settle for less.
His leadership skills developed during a very tough time…when his mom had cancer. He had to switch from private to public school due to money during that time and was in charge of the household during his mom’s course of illness which taught him the basics of leadership.
In his second year of college, he ran out of money and joined the military to continue school. With the military’s help, he traveled across the US and Europe and learned that you can be trained to be a leader.
He has been in his own business for about 20 years. You could call him a Jack of all Trades and Master of 90% of them.
“If money is an issue it is not. You can always go make money.” Ruben Ledesma
Please feel free to listen in on Ruben Story as I interviewed him.
What have you learned from Ruben? What distinction have you made while listening to Ruben?
